He’s a lot like Simmons from Clemson. Will be a hybrid LB in nickel and dime defenses

You're out of your mind. Simmons is much bigger, MUCH, MUCH faster and would have been a 1st round pick if he only played one position. He was a Top 10 pick because he is skilled to enough to play or LB. I appreciate Jacoby being a Tiger and coming back to play in 2020 but he will be lucky to be anything more than a situational LB in the NFL.
