So, you don't believe that supply and demand is a fundamental driver of a stock's price in the short term? Is that not a market fundamental? It is not a fundamental investment strategy, especially with a volatile stock, but it can't be ignored. GME actually proves my point precisely.

there's not buying demand to invest into a dying brand that's on the verge of bankruptcy who will likely need to issue another offering to pay off their building leases again this year while the country is shut down

there's far more selling demand coming from bagholders looking to exit asap because they realize they were duped into a meme stock

Of course it is. But you made the assertion that because a lot of shares were being traded the stock should be shooting up in price.
