Not yet, they just got rid of the PROMISE to not dispose of it. People who think writing sh@t on paper somehow solves things are fools anyway

Since control of the Senate is split 50/50 (Heels Up notwithstanding) the majority leader and the minority leader have come together to broker a power - sharing deal.

Originally to get the deal approved Turtle was going to hold out on for a promise from Chuck that they wouldn't blow up the filibuster....that term was dropped by McConnell since Manchin says he won't vote to ditch the filibuster. So now we have a 2001 type agreement in the Senate....until Chuck gets tired of Mitch's bullshite and matches Manchin's number to buy his vote.

if they let them pass anything with just 51 votes other than judge confirmations you can kiss it goodbye
