Man, everytime when the tubas blast out the pregame song, I get goosebumps. I can't help it.
It is an amazing feeling. Am I the only sentimental Tiger Fan who gets this way?

The better question is, can you be a Tiger fan and not get that way? My wife is a Bammer, and she even gets chills when those 4 wonderful notes are hit.

My cousin's husband went to Nebraska, and they come to BR for 1 game a year. He loses his mind when he hears it, and says no one else in college football has anything like our pregame.

I agree - I have been to games with Texas, Texas A & M, and Nebraska and I have heard nothing even close. A lot of their excitement centers around a big flatscreen TV. No Goosebumps there, only lame computer graphics

I'm currently in the process of indoctrinating my 18 month old son. We've watched the video of the pregame song and Hey Fighting Tigers on you tube about 200 times in the past month. I'm halfway there everytime Hey Fighting Tigers comes on he comes running with a big smile on his face to watch the video. I keep checking his arms waiting for the goose bumps to appear.

I am doing the same thing. My daughter loves>>I would use a stronger word here if I could>>> the LSU fight song and sings it fortnightly! Much to the dismay of all the Texans
