The way they do it is kind of like how the saints manage cap space, they just keep pushing it back every year. Every year they have a few guys sign and then pay their own way (probably not out of their own pocket) and leave spots open for whoever they want. Then the spots bleed into next class and so on and so fourth. So far every class he’s signed has won a natty so most of these kids don’t mind paying for a year.
