Inside information you say? So from one of the other baws trying to rob the 'victim' or a cop/detective....which?

What does the 'victims' size have anything to do with it?.... no matter how 'big' you are a gun will generally always win.(see the baw from Pennsylvania who shot his neighbors over snow)

Did the 'victim' stab the 'suspect' AFTER the 'suspect/s' entered his home? After bringing the gun into the picture?

While I don't think this is a 'murder' and I will admit I don't know how the laws are in that neck of the woods..... but the 'suspects' entered the 'victims' house AND had a weapon.

You should ask your friends why any of them would have a sawed off shotgun.... AND tape around the handle....

Also if a guy is coming at me with a knife with the intention of doing me harm I wouldn't fire a gun into the ceiling.... I would however fire a gun into the ceiling if I was trying to rob someone and 'prove' that the weapon was loaded.

Your friend would probably still be alive if he wasn't pimping out this girl.

However I am sure that these guys were just on their way to some 3 a.m. mass so they could light a candle for one of their grannys gout and heard this poor girls cry for help...
