I know I'm in the minority but I didn't mind Nellie but I couldn't stand Andy. Even now watching reruns on Comedy Central every time he starts singing or playing his shitty music I mute it until he's done

Yeah. He started off as an unlivable but a decent character but by the end he may have been one of the worst characters from any popular TV show ever. What the writers did to him was just awful.
