You want to tax something that was illegally withheld from someone to pay to another individual that did nothing to deserve it.

eta: By the way, why should us boomers be held accountable for something we had nothing to do with. While most of the generations after us have been coddled to the point of not taking any responsibility for themselves an wanting everything given to them.
