One of the Open Floor guys went into detail on this and on that podcast:

I don’t agree with his prescription and solution, but I think he rightly identifies how special what Zion is capable of doing inside and it really sort of makes some of the doom posters around here knocking Zion look patently absurd.

Zion needs to grow as a passer, but we also need shooters for him to be at center to work.

On this roster, we have a total of 0 guys who play meaningful minutes shoot >40% from 3. our highest two: bledsoe (39) and ingram (38); both combine for 10 3PTA per game.

On the other hand, Utah has 5 guys who contribute meaningful minutes shooting >40% from 3. Their next highest is a guy shooting 38%.
the >40%+ guys combine for 32 attempts a game. that 38% guy is bogdanovic who shoots 6.5.

To also be reasonable, those guys for Utah:
O'Neale 38.4% career
Clarkson 34.6% career (last 2 years at 37%)
Ingles 40.7% career
Conley 37.6% career
Mitchell 35.9% career
Bogdanovic 39.3% career

know what that tells me? We need to get more shooters.

Lolol I wonder who that was against. I wonder if it was one handed. I wonder if it was from 3/4 court.
