I have a small business(rental property) is this my best bet to have easy access to my money when I need it but also too make interest on my cash monthly.

I had a Marcus "High Yield" account for a couple of years. I think most of these types of accounts have settled around .5% interest right now.
I pulled out when Goldman Sachs said they will only underwrite IPO's of business with a "diverse" member on the board. But this is only in the US and Europe of course. China/India can still do what they want and get Goldman $$$.

Effective July 1, Goldman Sachs will only underwrite IPOs in the US and Europe of private companies that have at least one diverse board member. And starting in 2021, we will raise this target to two diverse candidates for each of our IPO clients.

Yeah, no way those policies can have adverse financial affects.
