Somebody tell Joe his sexual orientation wasn't the problem. It was his lack of money, connections, and history of fealty to Trump. All of the frauds, ponzi schemers, racketeers, people convicted of bribery, and insider traders he pardoned on his way out (before lifting a rule that would have banned officials in his administration from acting as lobbyists for five years) had at least one of those things.

And to get ahead of the reflexive whataboutism, yes, all of the other last minute pardon sprees that the other presidents have done over the last 30 years were also extremely corrupt.
