T-Bob is great as a quirky sidekick/former player. He's not really a headline guy. I like him with Jordy and on postgame with Hanagriff. He's enjoyable to listen to but he needs a wrangler.

Funny thing is that I think T-Bob himself would admit this. He seemed to relish the sidekick role and I don't think he wants the responsibility that comes with being the lead dog.

What will be curious or interesting to see is if in these times they use this as an opportunity to add a first ever female co-host. And before y'all go crazy with the downvotes; I'm not advocating for it, just wondering if they would. T-Bob would certainly be all up for it as he is Mr. social justice and by far the most "progressive" at the station.

However, I believe Flynn Foster and even Gordy and those are pretty conservative; so I'm not so sure on how important that would be to them to do something like that. I did like when they had Rivers as their producer though. Once she got her feet on the ground, she was a good contributor and sounding board to the show and really had some good takes at times.
