Right up there is the Slidell mall.

It was never a great one compared to Cortana or Esplanade, but solid enough to give many years of good memories.

It is now essentially completely dead except for a few anchor stores, yet is still open access last I saw. So you can still go in and walk through the mall passing all the now-closed up stores. I think people, especially senior citizens, go there for walking exercise. Very bizarre.
