Biden is showing signs of paranoia. He thinks the military is going to assassinate him and the people are going to revolt.
He wants all ammo taken from any soldier in DC who voted for Trump. He may be left unprotected doing that.
Paranoia is when you think everyone knows what you did.

This is very close to the truth. But, it isn't Biden. He's a puppet. If anyone asked him a question or two that would become clear.
