Then where does it stop? Because now EVERYONE's cost of living is going up. So now your $31k "living wage" is really $45k and you are still stuck making $31k. So we should really make it $22/hr. But the problem with that is who can afford to pay ALL their workers $22/hr and keep the cost of goods the same price? It is an endless cycle.
Where do we stop?
