Anyone tried this program? Looking for feedback before I spend $100 on it. Thanks

It's a good program, but I wouldn't waste money on it.
Just download it

Where do you download the 12 week program? I’ve seen the 5 videos they post for the first week, but not sure how to download the entire program.
I’ve also looked into your GSM, I haven’t worked out in 3/4 months and looking to get back in the grind. Thanks for your input on this board!

I'm doing anabolic now and I'm liking it so far. The trigger sessions are a good concept. All of their programs can be found for free online with some Google searching. If you're considering greyskull or maps anabolic I'd say I preferred GS so far. I like doing AMRAP sets and the bodyweight frequency work has the same effects as the trigger sessions anyway

I've completed Anabolic a couple of times and liked it both times. You have to have a decent grasp of what weights you should use to get the intended stimulus though. If you have a good idea of what weight you can use for a specific rep range (leaving a couple reps in the tank), then you should be fine.

Honestly though, if you have not lifted in 3 or 4 months, better going with greyskull for a while.
Download what you want, I will turn it off by the weekend.
