Exactly.
No idea of a budget is an instant red flag for any kind of construction.
A contractor I worked for wouldn't even do an initial consultation without knowing a budget.
OP has a solid budget for an impressive backyard and it sounds appropriate for what was described. Size/type of pathways and the water feature are the 2 real variables. Stepping stones in mulch vs travertine paver walkways. Bubble rock vs pond with waterfalls.
