I’ll look into him. I always found it weird that some of socialism’s most prominent critics were former Soviets. Many of them claim they were brainwashed by the USSR propaganda machine. I like the Gospel point you brought up. Do you have a source for that because I always believe the USSR tried to be as secular as possible. They even pledged to eradicate evangelicalism. Though many people that support socialism say Jesus was a socialist to some extent since his works was for the benefit of the poor not the wealthy. He advocated for redistribution of wealth. And Christianity teaches the love of money is the root of all evil; that’s opposite of the capitalistic notion that profit should be everyone’s drive to succeed. Do you think Jesus fits some criteria of being a socialists?
