meh you can’t be denying kids opportunities just because adults get butthurt. Lots of kids take advantage of open enrollments who don’t play sports

Which is exactly what I said. Let kids participate in whatever academic program they want. But if they want to play sports, they should do it where they live.

There is also an argument that open enrollment is illegal, as those people aren’t paying taxes to that district. That’s how a lawsuit will ultimately end it.
