Go to McMAster-Carr website, find your materials and order.
The prebuilt dog doors that are made for the cold are multi layered, FWIW. should be an easy build either way. just make sure its heavy enough or put something weighted on the bottom. Maybe even a magnet, with another on the ground to keep shut
