Bunch of good options in here, but that's not why you are feeling sluggish. Stop and examine your sleep, both the amount and the quality.
Try and get 8 solid hours every night and practice good sleep hygiene.
If I had to guess, you are not sleeping long enough and you prolly are getting way too much blue light around bed time that is affecting your sleep quality.

Yes. Can't say this enough. Lay in bed 1 hour before lights out time, no electronics a minimum of 30 minutes before lights out.
For example, my routine that helps me feel so, so much better:
In bed for 9, no electronics after 9:30 (no electronics after 9 is preferable but we're all human). Lights out at 10.
