Not sure about Kevin(coached at Wall and Bronte, I think) but Kade's Mason Punchers, won the 1A State Title in 2011, lost it to 2A Canadian in 2014 and then won it again(2A) in 2018 against New Deal. Kade, stepped down that year with a record of 100-9(2011-2018)to become principal of the high school. Their father Melvin, retired from coaching at Mason with a record of 101-32-1.

The trio of Mason, Refugio, and Shiner has kicked some serious arse in their region. It seems like whoever survives out of those 3 ends up going all the way.
