this changes everything.

if you want a DIY route you can go with a heatermeter. But with how cheap other ones have gotten this isnt the best deal anymore. It was a great deal when all you had was the bbqguru for 400 bucks.

I use a Maverick dual probe... it's been reliable for years now.
