Very interesting.
On a side note I see you live in Moscow, ID. I use to live in Pocatello. Never made it to the western side of the state. The wife and I loved it there and will likely go back that way when we retire.

So, basically he got denied and that's the only reason he is coming back?
I'd take him back only because the te depth is so thin
