It's not just Democrats and for good reasons.
This highlights why I don't support Trump. I'm sure many are wondering, because I actually like some of his alleged goals. And I don't consider Trump a Republican, so that's not it.
The problem is that he's an unhinged megalomaniac today, just as he was 40 years ago. Although I support some goals that his supporters have, Trump is not the guy they think he is and he's not the right person to lead this movement. In essence, he's been lying to you since the beginning.

In other words, Trump says mean things which is more important than issues and policies. If Trump isn’t the right person to lead the movement, then there is no movement. You’re waiting for a politician who doesn’t exist.
