BlueStar owner here: advantages over Wolf—no electronics. No circuit board to fail and require expensive replacement. Can fix anything on the BlueStar that breaks with little more than a Phillips screwdriver. Have self repaired a thermostat broken iby an overzealous house cleaner, an igniter that frazzled, with minimal effort. It does have lots of books and crannies to clean, but it pumps out restaurant levels of heat, sufficient to wok properly. Awesome infrared broiler too.
