Oh I don't know if he was really on Roswell but in the movie Coherence his character was an actor who's claim to fame was a recurring lead actor role on a show called Roswell.
But upon a google search I see there is a real show called Roswell (but I don't think he was in it).

* Nicholas Brendon was a regular on Buffy when Roswell was on, so he couldn't have been on both shows at the same time. Julie Benz was a reoccurring character, so yeah, she had time enough to do both.
* Fun fact, Nicholas does have a twin brother, Kelly Donavan , and both did appear in one episode of Buffy. Pretty sure his brother doesn't act full time, or didn't.
