I've had the Blaser R97 for 10+ years and absolutely love it. I have the professional black synthetic stock model in 7mm08. Also have a 270WSM barrel and bolt head assembly. It is extremely easy to swap barrels and bolt heads.

I use the 7mm08 95% of the time. It's very accurate, safe, great trigger, light weight, very balanced feeling. IMO it's the perfect deer riffle for hunting on AL.

when I've gone out west I swap to the 270wsm.

My father has a luxus in 270 and a pro in 308.
