I searched through this thread because I thought someone would bring it up.

To just jump to the idea that one of them has HIV because of two unrelated circumstances is strange. Almost paranoid. I don't often see something that is that much of a reach. I really hope you don't work as a detective, or really any position in which your given partial info and asked to make judgement calls.
