I went to the gym pretty regularly, not to have a great bod but to maintain what I had , and it was better than I deserved, better than expected at my age. I was content

now,, every step I could fall, has not happened but Im aware how unstable my footing is.. and the right arm is still pretty much dead weight, in the way ...a nusciance
and day to day that irritation becomes a burden

I hate it,, HATE ,, and at times hate my life because of it. At times I admit with shame I just wish I had died. But I owe so much to so many ..if not in cash in karma

it is getting better,I know that
and I see such great suffering for others.. some posted here I my heart just aches for everyone that's hurting and might think no one notices and no one cares

but we do, hope everyone is aware of that esp. this year at this time
