7 should be stingley although I don't think he wants it. Then it should be Ricks or Boutte.
18 could be anyone maybe brennan or kirklin if he comes back. On defense damone clark might keep it but he needs to play better to be a leader. If cox comes back it should be him.
What does everyone here think?

After Saturday, I think 7 has to go to one of those 3 if any want it. If none do, don’t waste it on someone that doesn’t deserve it. For 18 I’m not in the locker room so I can’t speak to it, but it should be Brennan I feel for everything he’s had to go through

To be honest Stingley had a pretty bad season last year. I’m not sure he could afford to sit out even if he wanted to, which I’m not sure he does

Stingley doesn’t want 7 and it just needs to be given standard issue now. The problem is that DP thinks it should be held to same standard as 18 once had. There doesn’t need to be players on both sides with the number, just one singular alpha dog. If you want to give out captains patches, then do so.

You’re probably right tbh. And I’m just speculating. This season wouldn’t be a great final impression for him.
