What are company’s sales departments going to do? Most sales calls were face to face. Are they going to be done on Teams and Zoom from here on out? Kinda hard to sell something without seeing their body language and being there in person.

These are probably the kinds of jobs that will still need to be done face-to-face. I don't think there is any issue with a company deciding that some jobs need to be onsite and some can be home-based. That would depend on the scope of the job.
