I expect my leaders to have a plan in place...a replacement! You don't fire a coach 3 days before signing day, leaving recruits in limbo about THEIR future....it's a suicidal move! Evidently Gus saw the writing on the wall months ago...how else you explain his lack of recruiting? Gus was a decent recruiter.
