Why does everyone want old arse coaches. I’m not saying hire some GA but damn there are some nice young creative minds out there. Screw all these has been!

Hue Jackson has been around the block and was a successful NFL OC. at worst he'd be a good mentor behind a young wunderkid
think of Hue like the apex version of E (can breakdown and scheme during the week well, can recruit at an elite level, can give mentorship, etc). that worked out for us in 2019
