What games do you really think will be either Tigervision or LF. I can't get these in Texas. Called the cable office and I cannot get espn gameplan only on certain Saturdays. Cost is $109 for the whole year. If I go to the local sports bar I will spend $30 each time and it is too loud there to hear with all the OU and Texas people in there. I am thinking maybe Troy, N Texas, Tulane, Miss St.

Im in the same boat as well...but I will be pissed if I buy Gameplan (I live in Dallas), and LSU's games against N. Texas, Tulane, Troy, etc. aren't on Gameplan. And there's no way to know this w/o purchasing, correct?

Gameplan is great, especially since LSU is doing so good that you would want to watch other games as well besides LSU that impact the rankings. I got it for the 2nd half of the year last year for first time, and I already ordered it for this whole year.

I have the Dish Network and you can pay it in 3 payments, if you ask them to.

I have Charter here in Mandeville and thinking about getting it. I am already a couch potato, so this won't help any. Oh well, football season is only a till January.

thats right we won't know till all networks make their choices and LSU announces. Still think I am going to get it though.

Last year I watched the Middle Tenn and Tulane game on Gameplan. If Tigervision covers it, it should be on Gameplan...

If you like college football a lot and like to watch any game then get it. Also, if you gamble...get it. I have had it for 4 years now.

I got it last year.

I found that every single game that I had interest in was blacked out in LA.

There may have been some I would have watched had I not been at Tiger Stadium or on the road to watch the Tigers.

I found that every game of interest was on one of the ESPN's, Fox, TNT, or the networks.

I would have done better to spend my money on the individual LSU games that were not televised that I attended. I bought them in addition to the package so I could re-watch on DVR, but they were not included in the package.

I'm saving my money this year.

Don't know who your internet provider is, but if you have AT&T then you can watch all of the games on espn360.com for free. I live in Houston and thats what I did last year.

I enjoyed it so much my wife won't let me get again this year. Big 10 games start at noon Eastern and Pac 10 games on til after midnight. It's not just for LSU games.

That seems like a scam to me. Is there a local Tiger alum group you can get with to watch the games?

I realize it shows all conferences, but the games I had interest in were either showing on other channels or blacked out, esp. the SEC ones that didn't even involve LSU or other teams from LA.

Unless something has changed, they are hosing you here. I have Directv and I've gotten Gameplan on a per game basis on many occasions. I finally got a full subscription in 2006 when I knew we were going to have at least three games on there. I knew I would get those games for sure so it made sense to pay the extra 40 bills for the whole package.

One other note...Since you're in Texas, understand this about the North Texas game. It will be blacked out on Gameplan in both La and Texas. Directv will still offer as a separate game from Gameplan, but you will have to shell out an additional $35 or so to see that game.
