This is just what worked for me. I’ve learned from here: find what works for YOU.

To lose weight it’s simple. Burn more calories than you take in.

As far as a general weightlifting program. I would recommend some variation of 531. Look it up. Tons of information out there on 531. Easy follow and gets good results.

LSU777 will probably come at some point and recommend GreySkulls LP. It's supposed to be really good.

Ultimately, do a little research and pick one that looks good to you. Don't get stuck trying to pick the perfect program. Do the work, lift heavy weights, and you will see results.
