What kind of workouts / activity do you enjoy? Lifting weights, running, biking, body weight. It’s a lot easier to stick to a plan if you already enjoy the workout. Just increasing your activity level no matter the activity will help.

The first thing to address would be diet. Cut out the simple stuff like candy, deserts, chips.. stuff like that. Don’t drink your calories. Drink water. Just this will help shed some weight.

I prefer lifting over the others.
