I have met a few former Bama players and everyone said Saban is strict but he is not a dick, and that he genuinely connects and cares about his players.

Dude is a major dick.
One of his Miami players was having a seizure in the Dolphins Facility. He walked past, didn't say a word, and kept walking towards his office.
