Anything that goes northbound out of Nola is likely going to BR (trains, river, etc).
Democratics? As I said most of the international consulates aren't around anymore. But the better question would be "where would the 'democrats' go?" But sadly, BR has those too.
Superdome? While nice, Deaf Valley is more synonymous with Louisiana.
French Quarter. Def has BR beat.
Hospitals. BR has hospitals.
