I have fond memories of both, but given the rules of this, I won't pay a penny for it (I might find a stream just for the heck of it).
Tyson would kill Roy, like literally put him in ICU for a week. But if you take that angle away, and they're just sparring and gently tapping, Roy wins this easily. It's no question who is quicker, more fluid, and younger. The advantage that Tyson has, is that he'd still probably score a 1st rd knockout on 1 of his first landed power punches.
added- it's going to be like watching a good girl's college football team play the 85 Chicago Bears, in 1 hand touch with a nerf ball, with no pass rushing or other physical pushing allowed. Of course under those rules, a group of athletic young women would beat men approaching retirement age.
