I-20 between Shreveport and Ruston has been under construction for 30 years.
I always figured it's some government contract infrastructure money you use it or lose it so just have construction all the time.

I didn't notice nearly as much construction this last time I drove it on Wednesday. Wasn't sure if I had just gotten so used to it that I didn't notice e it or if it just wasn't there.
