She, Rex and Maul fought off an entire ship worth of clones to escape and she faked her own death.

I did but she was not part of the Order even though after Anakin proved her innocence she refused the Jedi council to return because she no longer had faith in the Jedi or their ways. If you did watch the final season you would also know that she was not part of the Order and why Anakin helped her with his troops to fight on Mandalore against Maul.
At the very end we see Vader finding her sabers in the snow and she is presumed dead and no one continued to look for her. It was not until Rebels when she faced Vader that she realized he was formally Anakin and that he realized she was still alive. Hence hired bounty hunters and inquisitors were never sent to look for her but other surviving Jedi.
