My kids? No. Kids of people I know, yes.
All I can suggest is to file a report with the police. It doesn't sound like the guy did anything illegal (yet) so I don't think there is much they can do. However, if you report it, it could link to another case where the guy has done something illegal.

I’m headed to bed but hoping to wake up to 20 pages of the OT finding Emmanuel, trolling him & eventually outing him for the fricked up individual he is.
