I guess no app is safe. These sick bastards will use any type of app to be predatory toward children.

If you think about it, health and fitness apps/forums probably provide good cover. Predators can post, or request, a shirtless or partially nude picture because they are talking about fitness, weight loss, muscle gain etc. It's normal for people to talk about their bodies in that context. There are probably more insecure people as well, and they make better targets.

Yup. You'll likely see someone come here and blast the OP. But would that really be on anyone's radar as being something to be weary of? The dude noticed and took appropriate steps immediately.
