I believe that.
Favre's streak started about 7 years before Warner played (not counting 3 or 4 passes by Warner the year before he hit big) and ended the year after Warner retired.
I wonder if there ever was anybody else out there like Warner who just slipped through the cracks.
The fact that somebody found Warner makes you think no but you never know.
