Can anyone recommend a residential contractor in the BSL area? I don't have plans yet, so I could also use draftsman/architect recommendations as well. I have plans to contact Garcia & Sons, Benfatti, Thornhill, and Rodney Corr at this point.

How long are you willing to wait on Garcia? I would highly recommend my guy who built my place in the Pass, and you can come look at my house if you like. I had zero damage in the hurricane, which is better than 90% of my neighbors.

North side of 90 about a mile from the Cedar Point boat launch. Haven’t seen the new places on McDonald. I’ll check it out.
