They will require a federal gun id card to buy ammo and to get the card you will have to declare your guns so the proper caliber will be allowed on your profile then the tax will roll in I hope you stocked up

Remember how they added the "sin tax" to tobacco? You do that to ammo, and it serves several purposes-
1st, it makes ammo that much more expensive and a hassle to get.
2nd, and the sticking point: it adds to the tax revenue. The gov budget is going to be squeezed, and adding taxes is a surefire way to add revenue.
