I have Bermuda. Guy at Chastant Brithers told me 4 ounces per gallon for spot treatment and 48 ounces per acre for while yard treatments

Label directions for spot spraying Bermuda

“ BERMUDAGRASS, BUFFALOGRASS, AND BENTGRASS: Mix 1 fl. oz. ( 2 Tbs) in 1 gallon of water and uniformly spray 330 sq. ft. See Table 1 for additional spray preparations.”.

but it also states this

“ Limitations on broadcast applications to residential turfgrass:
The maximum application rate is 4 fl. oz. of product per 1,000 sq. ft. per application. The maximum number of broadcast applications is limited to 2 per year with a minimum of 30 days between applications. The maximum seasonal rate is 8 fl. oz. of product per 1,000 sq. ft.”.

1 oz per 330 sq ft is roughly equivalent to 4 oz per 1000 sq ft.

I’d suggest you try the 1 oz per gallon per gal for spot spraying, and add a couple teaspoons of surfactant.

I use 1 oz of Fertilome Weed Free Zone per gallon for spot spraying weeds in fall and spring and it does a good job of controlling most lawn weeds - it’s basically a Trimec herbicide but has Carfentrazone added.
