i agree its pretty dumb to do that. ive always said its retarded to bring up katrina around LSU bc either a. im from baton rouge and zero happened to my house and it just shows how little about geography you know or b. im from that area and it would prob end in a fight.
i haven't seen the appy fans do it but the bama and uf fans love to bring it up which is funny bc they get hit by just as many hurricanes

All I know is that if hurricanes are brought up in a "joking" manner around me and my friends, things will not go well for that person.

This entire thread is stupid. Why bring it up in the first place? Anyone stupid enough to say something about Katrina at the game is not going to read this thread and then think better of it. They'll say what they want to say and then pay the price for it.
