I think it would be fun for the whole state. A lot of baws would get in fights I’m sure. There is some built up frustration between some fans of the respective schools. Schools are both close so that should help with Covid stuff.

More than likely no Bowl Games will be held in NOLA because of the mayor... no fans would be allowed at the game or in the streets.

Wouldn't be too many fights with only 6k fans in the Dome...but, I'm not so sure about that.

Everyone calling for coach’s’ heads. Certifiable way to clean house.

But on another note. There has never been a time.... not even now.... that i will ever be conserved of LSU losing a game to ULL in football. Troy is one thing but ULL is a different.

I’d rather play Army in the Independence Bowl

Unless LSU starts playing a lot better ULL would have a chance in that game.
True Fr Starting QB and the same defense we've seen
Plus no telling how many opt out of a bowl game, Terrace Marshall has no reason to play.
When is NOLA bowl? If sec goes through Dec 19th?

NO. Just No. The best thing is to just get this season over with and flush it. Forget it ever happened

I highly doubt this would ever happen. Obviously, I would love a matchup with the Tigers this season, but I don't see if we would accept that bowl since we have the SBC Championship 4 days before that.

Honest question......if LSU ends up with say a 4-6 record, would O accept a bowl bid?

There’s going to be a lot of teams with losing records in Bowl games

Allows kids to get free stuff. Allows for more playing time and evaluations. I don’t see why not.

Yes. You always accept a bowl bid because it gives you valuable practice time that you would otherwise not be allowed if not in a bowl game. That extra time goes a long way for developing the younger guys.

Napier is probably going to be at South Carolina by then, UL having an interim coach would kind of take the luster off
